She is dedicated to promoting mental health and well-being through holistic and client-centered approaches, helping clients achieve their personal and emotional goals.

Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, high-achieving, and deeply attuned to the world around them. They may identify as highly sensitive, feel the weight of expectations, or be navigating spaces that weren’t built with them in mind. In therapy with me, we work together to create a container in which we can process and reconnect to your own inner wisdom and guidance.
I earned my MSW from the Boston University School of Social Work and have worked in higher education supporting students, staff, and faculty. My approach is collaborative and eclectic, with training in Internal Family Systems (IFS). I’m particularly passionate about working with highly sensitive people, queer and BIPOC clients, and intercultural couples, polycules, and families.
