Brain health is the foundation of Edna’s coaching approach. Her passion is to help you understand how the health and function of your brain impact your life and behavior. Together, you will expose the hidden issues that hinder you from reaching your goals and living the life that you’ve always wanted. Edna helps you develop new habits and create healthier alternatives while equipping you with the coping skills and tools necessary to face whatever life throws at you.

Edna has over twenty years of experience as an innovative mental healthcare provider, program designer, senior administrator, and strategic planner for diverse populations and communities in Massachusetts. She received a Brain Health Coach certificate from the Amen Clinic as well as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach certificate from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She has a Master’s in Social Work from Boston College and is certified by the Massachusetts Board of Social Workers as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

She has earned leading certifications from UMASS Medical School's Center for Mindfulness and from Transcendental Meditation to ensure that her clients have access to diverse methods and techniques.

Regina Pierre-Moise, Ph.D

Clinical Director and Business Consultant

The armor that shields us throughout the day often leaves us drained and incapable of tapping into our true selves. When we struggle to know who we are within, both our professional and personal relationships can be adversely affected. As the Clinical Director, Dr. Pierre-Moise’s goal is to empower the clinicians with the tools and support needed to better assist their clients with their therapeutic self-discoveries.

Dr. Pierre-Moise, a licensed psychologist in Massachusetts, assists Awake IntuMind Inc. (AIM) with expanding its clinical department and services by hiring and supporting qualified and competent clinicians. She provides ongoing consultation, supervision, and clinical leadership to the clinical staff. She also oversees the group practice’s credentialing process with health insurance companies with the hope of expanding access to mental health services to those in need.

With regard to her educational background, Dr. Pierre-Moise graduated with her doctorate in Counseling Psychology. Her broad clinical experiences have afforded her the opportunity to provide client-driven services to members of various communities, which have strengthened her competency around multiculturalism. Dr. Pierre-Moise’s interests include addressing psychological and social factors that impact identity and stages of development to support clients in integrating various aspects of themselves, addressing relational challenges, and coping with clinical diagnoses.

In addition to her love for psychology, Dr. Pierre-Moise is also captivated by the business world. She has a master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources and Global Business. Her areas of interest and expertise revolve around providing consultation to businesses in the area of leadership, employee relations, mentorship, and adjustments to changes within businesses.

Prior to embarking in the world of private practice, Dr. Pierre-Moise worked as the Outpatient Director at a community agency. While employed there, she was able to utilize the knowledge gained from her business management and clinical psychology skills to develop the first outpatient, substance abuse, and school-based programs.

Nichele Thompson, LICSW

Life can be unpredictable with many transitions, trials, tribulations, and loss along the way. It can get overwhelming and cause us to feel down, sad and underestimate ourselves. That is when it is important to have someone to help navigate those things. Nichele is committed to supporting others on their journey to their best selves, increasing awareness and rediscovering oneself after loss, trauma and years of adapting.

Nichele believes in a collaborative, strength-based approach to healing that is a no judgement zone and fosters a safe, supportive environment for clients to identify goals and discuss in treatment. She recognizes the importance of having a tailored approach for each client and use various methods towards their care. She strives to be a partner in the therapy journey and provide an empathic, open, practical approach to counseling. Clients can expect a thought-provoking dialogue to assist with problem-solving any issues they may face. Nichele combines experience, education and a sense of humor to help address any needs or deep-seated questions that clients have about themselves.

Nichele Thompson has a Masters in Social Work and is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). She has worked in community based organizations for over 15 years working with diverse populations using long-term and brief interventions. Prior to embarking on the journey towards independent practice, Nichele worked within Department of Children & Family Services, Battered Women Shelters, In-Home therapy, Out-patient therapy, Healthy Marriage program, OB/Gyn with moms of all ages and various clinical and supervisory positions within the elderly population. In those various positions, she practiced many modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-focused CBT, Narrative therapy and Grief therapy. These modalities have been used in individual, couples and family therapy sessions to address abuse, aging, health, transitions, loss, anxiety, depression and addictions.

Angela Wang

Angela Wang

Angela Wang is currently pursuing her PhD in School Psychology at the University of Massachusetts Boston, and holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in School Psychology from the same institution, as well as an MA in General Psychology from New York University.

Her work focuses on the impact of racial discrimination and the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions for marginalized youths, families and adults, which is reflected in her research and clinical experience. Moreover, Angela has extensive experience working in various clinical and educational settings, including Quincy Public Schools and Aspire Health Alliance. Her expertise includes conducting social, emotional, and behavioral assessments and implementing school-wide Social-Emotional Learning programs. Angela is proficient in several assessment tools such as the WISC, WAIS, and BASC, and provides bilingual therapeutic services.

As a multilingual clinician fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, Angela effectively connects with clients from diverse backgrounds. She is dedicated to promoting mental health and well-being through holistic and client-centered approaches, helping clients achieve their personal and emotional goals.

Ashley Townsend

Ashley Townsend

Ashley is a fourth-year clinical psychology doctoral student at William James College with a dual concentration in forensic psychology and neuropsychology. She holds a Master of Arts in Professional Psychology from William James College and a Master of Science in Criminology & Criminal Justice from Northeastern University. Ashley has extensive experience with individual, family and group therapy. She has also worked with clients from various backgrounds (LGTBTQ+, people of color, current and post-incarcerated individuals, and those who are neurodivergent). Ashley has knowledge of a wide range of neuropsychological, psychological and forensic assessments.

Ashley’s approach to therapy is client-centered and evidence-based. She integrates techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, motivational interviewing and mindfulness practices. She specializes in working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, racial identity, life transitions, stress and self-esteem.

She is passionate about creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes in their lives. Her goal is to help clients build resilience, develop healthier coping strategies, and achieve their goals.

Rosena Cornet, M.S.

Business Manager - Career Coach

Rosena Cornet is a thoughtful career coach who is invested in the growth of her clients. She helps clients clearly articulate and develop strategic plans to successfully achieve their personal career goals. She works with clients on mindfully accessing their career visions to ensure they develop a career plan that is in alignment with their life, relationship, and health goals.

As a result of working with Rosena clients have experienced advancement in their careers. They have found clarity on how to structure their career goals and have achieved job satisfaction.

Using both her communication and improvisational expertise, Rosena has created and facilitated professional development workshops that focus on team building, inclusivity in the workplace, career vision, as well as workshops that help individuals build their interpersonal and presentational skills.

Rosena Cornet holds a Master’s of Science in Communication Management from Simmons University.

Jordonna Dia Colley, OBM, DOO

Operations Manager

Jordonna Dia Colley, is the Owner, and Founder of DiaGurl Custom Virtual Services. She is a Certified Online Business Manager, Certified Director of Operations, mother to a lovely little girl, and also a wife. She is also a dog mom to a cute Cockapoo named Ginger.

She has always been a leader. With 11 years of work experience as a Process Control Operator in a male-dominated field, her analytical and leadership skills grew, making her more determined and driven in her work.

Her goal and vision are to help Black Female Minority Entrepreneurs elevate the client experience in their business. Jordonna wants entrepreneurs to see their business as real, and for it to be something that can help them to support their lives and lifestyle into the future. As a strategic partner in business with a strong background in operations, Jordonna keeps the pulse on the business.
